Free trial

One Tap IRL Pro starts with a 30-day free trial for new subscribers. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the management link in your Paddle receipt, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

If you were charged and believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at support@onetapirl.com within 14 days of the charge. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, in line with applicable consumer-protection law. Consumers in the EU/UK and other regions retain all statutory rights.
