Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the One Tap IRL app and website ("the Service"), operated by Niklas Wågenes ("we", "us"), based in Norway. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

One Tap IRL is a software application (an Android camera and encoding tool). It lets you broadcast video from your phone or a connected action camera directly to third-party platforms you hold accounts with (such as Twitch, YouTube or Kick) and to servers you configure and operate. One Tap IRL is not a media or content service: we do not host, store, distribute, or sell access to any video content, and no content is delivered to viewers by us. Your subscription is a software license only.

Subscriptions and billing

One Tap IRL Pro is offered as a monthly subscription at $2.50/month following a 30-day free trial for new subscribers. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the content you broadcast. You agree not to use the Service to stream unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, and to comply with the terms of any platform you stream to (such as Twitch, YouTube, or Kick). We may suspend access for misuse.

Your content

You retain all rights to the content you stream. We do not claim ownership of your streams and do not store your video.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Live streaming depends on your device, camera, and network conditions, which we do not control, so we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free streaming.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
